The City's Human Settlements department will be present at the Delft South Community Hall and the Urban Mobility (Transport) department will be at the Parow Civic Centre.
The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
'We are expecting a large turnout, at both these venues, as residents are aware of how effective these mobile office visits are in resolving their queries. Residents are reminded to please bring along a copy of their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
